What if machine need new parts for replacement? ---- Our engineer will provide you with technical supports, operation training supports etc. If your machine has problem and needs new accessories for replacement during warranty, we will provide new parts free of charge. After warranty expiry, we can send you new parts at factory costing if the part is broken, it will be quickly for customers to receive parts needed.
5. Can your company handle shipping for customers?---- Yes.( Please provide us with your destination port or airport, we will check the shipping cost and arrange shipping for you )
6. Is the packing strong?-- Yes, most of our exporting package of machines are strong wooden boxes, some small machines are packed with strong corrugated color boxes.

8. What is the minimum order quantity?---- Usually 1pc trial order is acceptable, we develop business with customers step by step with good quality and excellent services.
